Quick facts
- Light: Medium to bright indirect · Water: When top 1-2 inches dry
- Difficulty: Easy
- Pet-safe: No
Description
A vining aroid grown for narrow, blue-silver juvenile leaves. When mature and climbing, Epipremnum pinnatum can develop dramatic split leaves, but indoor Cebu Blue is usually kept as a trailing or climbing juvenile form.
Care
- Light: Bright indirect gives the best color and growth.
- Water: Let the top 1-2 inches dry before watering.
- Soil & potting: Chunky aroid mix with drainage.
- Humidity & temperature: Average humidity works; higher humidity helps climbing growth.
- Feeding: Light feeding spring-summer.
- Repotting / propagation: Give a pole if you want larger leaves.
Propagation
From stem cuttings with nodes. Root in water or soil; include at least one node, not just a leaf. See Propagation Basics.
Toxicity
Not pet-safe. Like other aroids, it can cause mouth irritation, drooling, and vomiting if chewed.
